Hornets Bigger Than The Palm of Your Hand! 

Well, it seems China is not just known for the size of its population; it is also known for its giant hornets. In the Shaanxi province of China, residents there had to deal with these giant hornets attacking them which resulted in 41 people being killed and over 1600 being injured. 

Asian Giant Hornets they are called, and appropriately so, have the ability to grow at leas 5 cm long(about 2 inches) with a venomous stinger that is 1/4 inch long (look at the pic below). Now, here is what so interesting about this venom. It has 8 different chemicals which causes complications with breathing, skin degeneration, anaphylactic shock( life-threathing allergic reaction) and even renal failure. Hmmm...how nice!!!

So! You may be saying to yourself, "What does that got to do with me? I live int he U.S." Unfortunately, 

we Americans are not longer safe from these types of hornets because they have been spotted in Arlington

Heights, Illinois of all places. Another thing, these insects increase dramatically in warmer temperatures; thus, causing high speculation that the invasion of these giant hornets are more prevalent in areas, inhabited by

humans, where climate temperature are on the rise and deforestation is high. In other words, they are 

invading cities. 

Nevertheless, humans are the the biggest and only predator to the Asian Giant Hornet. So don't go panicking. At the same time, it is good to know about these giant hornets and be very mindful  and careful if and when one encounters them.

False Call! There Will Not Be A Case Re-opening Of Kurt Cobain's Death.

It just came across Facebook, trending actually, that said,  "Kurt Cobain death investigation reopened..."; but alas that would not be the case.

Actually what happened was a  Seattle  cold-case detective took another look at the police investigation for Kurt Cobain's death, almost 20 years ago, and found no new evidence. So, the only  thing that happened was the case was reexamined  and NOT reopened.

R.I.P Kurt Cobain.

Robin Thicke and Paula Patton Have Seperated!

To star,t when the news of the break-up started trending on Facebook it was a shocker. Nevertheless, at the same time, it was not a surprised given the warning signs that have been glaring for the past couple of months, between this beautiful and gorgeous couple. OKAY!

First, let's start with the whole Miley Cyrus twerking on Mr. Thicke at the 2013 VMAs a couple of months back. Reports are saying, apparently, Ms. Patton was not too thrilled about all that raunchiness that was going on stage between Ms. Cyrus and Mr Thicke and that behind close doors things had gotten from bad to worse for the Thickens' relationship and that performance was the  proverbial nail  in the coffin for their marriage. Can anyone say EMBARRASSMENT!

Second, if you can remember or even know, Mr. Thicke was in a little bit of a hot water not too long ago when pictures of him grabbing a, hugh-um, hugh-um,  beautiful female fan's derrier(that butt in French) while posing for a picture with her; which of course went viral. Even Wendy Williams  on the Wendy Williams Show mentioned it.


Third, and of course this is just an opinion, there was no denial there really was trouble in paradise when Mrs. Thicke (aka Paula Patton) decided to go commando by keeping her bra off during the whole filming of a bedroom scene with Denzel Washington in the movie "2 Guns". Yes! A lot actresses bare it all in the movies; nevertheless, you could tell that was not Ms. Patton's style and you are thinking it she did that then probably something drove her to do it; not just for artistic reasons. Then again, maybe it was her style. NOT JUDGING!!

Well! There you have it! Another big celebrity marriage bites the dust by ending in divorce and a child now is forced to live with the fact he will never enjoy the presence and love of both biological parents who, "...will always love each other and be the best of friends..." under the same roof.
