There is no such thing as a homeless billionaire and there never will. In an article by BusinessWeek, Nicolas Berggruen, chairman of Berggruen Holdings, a New York-based private equity firm, is described as being homeless because, 12 years ago, he sold all his real estate assets; meaning he has no home of his own which he owns. Yet, he still has all his fortunes and is worth around $2.5 billion. What makes him homeless you ask?...Well, now, instead of owning homes, he stays at 5-Star hotels all over the world; he goes to and throws lavish parties all over the globe, partying with attractive women like British actress Gabriella Wright and rubbing shoulders with celebrities like Paris Hilton, Woody Harrelson, and Leonardo DiCaprio; and yeah(this is the icing on the cake)...he owns a Gulfstream IV!
Man! If this is what being homeless looks like when you are a billionaire then where do I sign up?
